Before anything else, I listen. I ask about your history, your patterns, where you are and where you want to go. The work that follows is hands-on, intuitive, and specific to you. Two decades of experience across training, movement, and breathwork, all in service of one thing: finding what your system needs.

What do I wear and how do I prepare?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can move in. Come as you are. The intake process takes care of the rest.

How many sessions do I need?

That depends entirely on what you are working with and what you want to achieve. Some clients come for a single session and experience a significant shift. Others work with me over months for deeper, sustained change. We assess this together. There is no predetermined program imposed on you.

It is to make everything work better together.

How is this different from therapy or a regular breathwork class?

This is not therapy and it is not a group class. It is a fully individualized, hands-on session built around your specific history, body, and goals. The approach is integrative by design, combining somatic energy work, breathwork, movement, and bodywork in whatever combination your system needs. Nothing is prescribed until everything is understood.
